Sub: Order under 11(1), 11(4) and 11B of the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992 in the matter of Lifeline Drugs and Pharma Limited (now known as Arihant Multi Commercial Limited)
SEBI vide its Order No. WTM/ AB /EFD-1/DRA-1/ 14 /2019-20 dated July 18, 2019, has inter-alia restrained the following Noticees from accessing the securities market and further prohibit them from buying, selling or otherwise dealing in securities, directly or indirectly, or being associated with the securities market in any manner, whatsoever, for a period of six months, from the date of this order. During the period of restraint, the existing holding including units of mutual funds, of the Noticees shall remain frozen.
